In a mass media culture, A.R.F.F. has made a place for its self as a "Champion of Underdog Gems". This festival provides a platform for the independent spirit and DIY mentality of handmade art and films. Our goal is to be the "Definitive Film and Arts Festival of the Southeast.

We will achieve this from our choice of films, alternative events, art, music and guest of honor- whom best represents the unique arts scene here in Asheville, NC. (Wich sets apart from any other city in the US) Our target advertising appeals to men and women between the ages of 18 and 45 who have an interest in "Creative Culture" and "Independent Entertainment". We created a perfect platform to showcase your talent and business. The 2008 A.R.F.F. will be held in the River Arts District, which happens to coincide with the "FAll 2008 River Arts Walk".
